2. Customer Shipping Responsibility: While the replacement of your damaged socks is free, we kindly ask that customers cover the shipping fee for sending the replacement pair. This small cost ensures we can continue offering this incredible warranty program to all our valued customers.
3. Replacement with Same or Similar Design: We will make every effort to replace your damaged socks with the exact same pair. However, if that particular style or design is no longer available, we will replace them with a similar design from our current collection.
