Effective immediately, every pair of socks you purchase from us is covered by a 1-Year Warranty, giving you peace of mind that your socks are made to last. If you experience any issues with your socks due to manufacturing defects, material issues, or unexpected wear and tear within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace them for you—no questions asked!

Our warranty process is designed to be as simple and hassle-free as possible. Here’s how it works:

 

1. Free Replacements: If your socks suffer any damage within 12 months of purchase, we will replace them free of charge. This includes defects in material or workmanship that affect the performance or appearance of your socks.

2. Customer Shipping Responsibility: While the replacement of your damaged socks is free, we kindly ask that customers cover the shipping fee for sending the replacement pair. This small cost ensures we can continue offering this incredible warranty program to all our valued customers.

3. Replacement with Same or Similar Design: We will make every effort to replace your damaged socks with the exact same pair. However, if that particular style or design is no longer available, we will replace them with a similar design from our current collection. You can trust that the quality and style will meet the high standards you expect from Pierre Henry.

 

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience any issues with your socks, claiming your warranty is easy:

2. Verification: Our team will review your claim and, once verified, process your replacement pair(s). You’ll be responsible for the shipping fee, but we will handle the rest!

3. Receive Your New Pair: If the original design is no longer available, we will notify you and provide a similar option from our collections.
