If you are not happy with your socks for any reason within one year of your order, we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

To start a refund, email us at hello@pierrehenrysocks.com or message us through the website chat with your order number. If you would rather exchange for another design or size, just tell us.

• Free shipping on every US order, no minimum.
• Standard US shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.
• We also ship to Canada, Germany and the Netherlands (10 to 15 business days).
