How Pierre Henry Socks are Manufactured

At Pierre Henry Socks, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care that go into every pair of socks. Our manufacturing process is a blend of modern technology and skilled manual work, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish.

Advanced Machinery for Precision

To produce our socks, we use state-of-the-art machinery from Italy and the Czech Republic. These machines allow us to weave our socks with precision, using the finest fibers you’ve come to expect—Spanish combed cotton, recycled cotton, Nylon, and Elastane.

Hand Finishing for Perfection

Once the socks are produced, we pay close attention to the finishing touches. Each sock is manually reversed, and the toes are bonded together by hand to complete the structure. This ensures that every pair is as comfortable and durable as possible.

Manual Ironing and Shaping

Next, our socks are manually ironed with vapor to smooth out the fabric. Then, they’re placed on an iron shaper, which gives each sock its final form. This step is crucial to ensuring the socks retain their perfect shape and fit.

Hand-Packaged for Care

Once complete, each pair of socks is hand-packaged in either 3-pair or 9-pair boxes. This careful packaging ensures that your socks arrive in pristine condition.

From Ecuador to Atlanta

All of our socks are manufactured in our family’s factory in Ecuador, where quality and tradition run deep. Once ready, the socks are shipped to our distribution center in Atlanta. From there, we send them out to distribution hubs, ensuring that they reach our customers quickly and efficiently.

At Pierre Henry Socks, every step of our manufacturing process is designed to deliver a product that combines quality, comfort, and style.
