Great Socks - Poor Customer Service
"Love the socks! They really do stay above the calf. When my order of gradient blue socks came in wrong (all the same dark navy instead of 3 shades of blue), I sent it back. They accepted the return and shipped a new set, but it was still all the same color instead of three shades of blue. I started to user their chat feature, which was very slow in responding and finally I got someone who said they were going to work on it but the shipment never came."
